To help you understand the process of how I work a little better, please read through the following. This will help the entire project move along more smoothly. If you have any questions at all about the below information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Revision Policy
I understand that at times you may require some revisions to your content. As such, I offer a two week revision policy after my delivery of the original copy.
Please note that this revision policy includes everything that is included in the scope of the project. For larger projects such as ebooks and reports, I will work with you to plan out an outline for the content. It is your responsibility to make sure all the points you want covered are in this outline as additional points added after the writing process is complete will be charged for accordingly.
My Working Hours
My working hours are Monday thru Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. To help produce higher quality work for my clients, I choose to check email at set points throughout the day so as to not disrupt the flow of my writing. I feel this allows me to work more productively so you can receive your high quality content faster.
All emails will always receive a response within 24 hours, often sooner.
Phone Consultations
My preferred method of all communication is by email as this allows me to keep all discussions on file for me to reference back to should I require it.
If for whatever reason you feel you must have a phone or IM consultation, I offer them at a fixed hourly charge to be paid before the scheduled call.
Turn-Around Times/Scheduling
As my workload tends to vary from time to time, so does my turn-around time. In busy periods, I may run up to a one month wait to get started on new projects so it’s best to contact me as soon as you know you need content produced. I’ll always do my best to accommodate to your needs, but at the same time I won’t overbook and sacrifice on quality.
I work on a first scheduled, first served basis and take my deadlines very seriously. I will provide you with an expected date of delivery and you will have it by this date or sooner - guaranteed.
Payment Policy
In most cases I use an Escrow funding policy however I will also accept Paypal with 50% payment upfront.
